I have found reception staff very helpful and approachable. The nurses are likewise kind and helpful. I have not always been satisfied with a couple of doctors. However, I'm not sure that I always express myself well. Overall, I have had better care and responsiveness from this surgery than any other healthe centre . John Sivorn

First time visiting, although the staff were very nice we found there were only 3 disabled spaces which were all occupied and not very clearly marked. For the size of and reason for the centre, there should be more disabled spaces on-site. The 5 spaces opposite the disabled spaces should also be allocated as disabled spaces.

Shame pt sent to A&E for something the centre could of delt with , ECG ,BLOODS ,and this is why A&E IS BLOCKED, OVER WORKED , ABOUT TIME GP'S STARTED TO SEE PATIENTS FACE TO FACE , NO MORE EXCUSES OF COVID , IF HOSPITALS CAN SEE PATIENTS WHY CAN'T GPS

The doctors are usually miserable as sin and the staff present usually act in a general miserable demeanour also.They can't evan be bother to change the online contact numbers for the places for patients to be in touch. God help the old folk who don't use the internet and so on...I'm disgusted.

Rang up to say I will be late and asked should I rebook or will I be OK. They said you have a 10 minute buffer got there bang on with in the buffer time and the doctor says after me waiting an extra 10 minutes of me getting there no can't see them they are late. We'll that's why I rang. Noticed on the electronic sign saying people don't turn up for an appointment. If you want people to help you then don't mess them about and give them the runaround. It works both ways. Will be looking for a new doctors after this atrocious services.

I am speaking on behalf of another but my experience in this chemist is shocking. We ordered online but 1 hadnt srrive for no reason, we have had struggles here in the past. Most staff are depressing but Karen is nice. The NHS is in disarray and we need to do something about it. Normally a person has to wait 20-30 minutes to just get 1 prescription and water machine broke. There is only 2 seats this is disgusting!

The nurses are excellent. The phone lines need working on. Never get through or open when it states they are.The midwifes don't have time,patience for you act like they want to be there.Overall everything in one place

The number that can be found on their website doesn't work. Also I called them couple of times in the past 3 years in order to book appointments however, almost always I would need to wait at least 3 weeks to see The doctor. This is why I end up in hospital 2 weeks ago as I've had sore throat and could not get appointment earlier than 3 weeks. By the 2nd week I've decided to go to walk in centre who immidietly sent me to hospital as my sore throat end up causing quinsy
