Unfriendly stuff,poor customer service. Any questions asked they simply sayI don't know " If I work for a company I feel a shame to say I don't know. I could simply guide you to someone who knows. They used to have some friendly stuff before . The reason I go there because some Products are cheaper than others. otherwise I wouldn't go there at all. Sadly next door shop Wilko shot down they had so frendly stuff and good products in acceptable price."

Was just having a leisurely Sunday stroll into poundland when we came across a young sales assistant down the stationary Isle. This young man or woman had a face like thunder and we felt threatened and made a beeline for the exit. Won't be returning, the poundland trip from hell.

i was starving and came in for a meal with a single pound. i was looked at with disgust from the start i could not gather any resources to eat with the pound which is disgusting change it to expensive land stupid fools

Reasonable and bargain items. Sometimes too busy and have to wait to use self service system. Always have helping staff by the machines and will shout out when a till is free for the next customer. A word of caution, always keep your receipt- I bought a bike tyre repairing kit and found out later that some bits were missing. Went back to replace it and one of the assistant blatantly refused, so I left the kit with him to keep it and bought another one. It's a shame and a very poor customer service.
