Scents Soaps and Candles

I have been using Scents Soaps and Candles for supplies for my business for the last few years and would highly recommend. The staff go out of their way to accommodate extra needs and requirements and are always incredibility knowledgeable. Their fragrance oils are the best on the market having tried lots from various suppliers. They are powerful and well priced. I order a wide range of items and appreciate the free delivery option and the points system when making high volume purchases that really helps my small business. Highly recommend.

I bought wax for 100 pounds. And dpd left to closed door. So its gone. And i tried to talk to costumer service about itNo one cares...they was hardly replying to me. And they didn't care and didn't helped me

I have purchased these fragrances from other suppliers and these by far give me the best scent throw than other companies. Not only is the service efficient it is a really quick turn around too. May be tiny bit more expensive than others I have bought from but the results far out weigh the additional cost. Everyone is loving the product quality

Never buy Olive eco candle wax because it creates bubbles no matter if you stir it or not.No other wax in our experience has been creating bubbles.When the issue was brought to the attention of Richard from scents, soaps and candles, he without hesitance refused refund and bullied us as a customer that we have no knowledge how to make candles and that it is our fault.Having worked with Eco coco wax it is like day and night - it certainly doesn’t make bubbles and is a joy to work with.Their wicks - none of them burn candle smoothly without problems. All wicks create tunnelling. So, don’t waste your time and money purchasing wicks from this company.The company have no idea what is customer service and they are rude, they bully customers and attempt to lower your self worth without knowing the facts and make you guilty, rather than looking into the issue of their products.They also lie directly into your eyes. On first occasion I had a dpd delivery, who delivered my package to wrong address. I called them and advised that package was delivered to wrong address. They said they will call the driver straight away and will call me back. No calls. I chased them two days, then received an email from Richard saying that it’s my responsibility to chase a delivery guy.Package arrived opened with a note from the person (I assume) in a different address. Delivery man never delivered package to my address!So, please try and find a better company to work with avoid working with them at all cost.

I have only just started using this company after seeing it advertised and i must say what a fantastic company this is. The fragrance oils are very well priced and of top quality, The wax is also very well priced (the cheapest in price i have seen).All in all my experience with this company has been 10/10

I spend way too much money recently with this coming and I can say that delivery is bang on time and never had any problems! Always seams to have what I want in stock not like other companies changing fragrances at all times and makes life difficult. These guys brings new stuff but still stocks older ones too. Brilliant! Thank you for being so awesome!

100 stars!! I adore this company. The products ordered and received are always of the highest quality, well presented and packaged. The products speak for themselves. Fairly priced too.The website is easy to use and navigate, with so much choice of direct stock- fragrance oils, candle making accessories, moulds, waxes you name it- they almost always have it. Very very happy customer and never disappointed with anything I have ever received ☺️☺️
