Goodwyn Dental Practice

I was welcomed to the practice with warmth. And I had a very calm dental hygienist who gave positive and reassuring comments and feedback about the overall health of my teeth.

I've been visitng this practice for years now. Alway excellent treatment and Mr Balcombe is extremely pleasant and charming.As I have become older I have needed more attention and more procedures. But it has always been explained fully and I have total confidence in the practice generally.Eeveryone is friendly and efficient. I recently needed either an implant or a plate. The alternatives were explained in detail and the prices also. There was no pressure to choose the more expensive options. Once I had chosen the procedure was professional and I went away very pleased.Highly recommended.

10/10 one of the best dental surgeries I've been to in my life. The staff were polite, friendly and I immediately felt at ease walking through the door. Will definitely give the highest recommendations for this practice and can't wait for my next check up :) A+++++++

If I can I`ll give them 10 stars, really nice and professional. The Dr. Parham was very friendly.I highly recommend the clinic, they`re under new management.

I took my 4 year old for an appointment and we had to wait for 1.5 hours to see a dentist. We didn’t as much as get an apology because we were NHS patients.I called again to book a visit for my older daughter and was told that because we are NHS patients, the dentist will not be able to see her and that she should call 111. This is so ridiculous that you have such blood /money sucking demons living on earth with humans

This practice came recommended to me and the staff did their best to accommodate me at the earliest opportunity for an emergency appointment. Great customer service and lovely manner as we were assisted by a friend as the first point of contact who reassured us of the next step and the follow up appointments etc.

By far the best dentist ive ever been to, the dentist i saw was very calming and gentle. I had a filling which was done to perfection and painless. Highly recommend here. On a side note the receptionst Ashleigh is a delight.

Absolutely the most excellent dental practice. Excellence comes as standard. Mr. Balcombe IS a legend. All who are there at the practice are marvellous.The Balcombe Practice removes allfear of visiting dental practitioner.
