Tile & Wood Master Frome

After ten years of normal washing, our ceramic floor was looking a little sad so we called in TileMaster Frome. The result was amazing, the tiles and grout came up like new. The work was carried out in a professional manner and we have no problems in recommending.

Pine floorboards in living room and hall sanded, stained and sealed with lacquer:I'd been struggling to find someone to sand my wood floor, TileMaster didn't show on a Google search for wood floors so it was only by luck that I saw Dale's liveried van at another customer. From the outset his responsiveness and desire to deliver good service were obvious.Dale came round on time to every appointment, he prepared a realistic quote which I was very happy with and did test sand/stain with sensible advice to not rush our decision, but to see the samples throughout the day as the light changes. That turned out to be great advice and really helped us to make the right choice.Covid affected the start date which, of course, no one could help, and Dale was so concerned how it might affect our plans. At all times, the service and communication were impeccable.But how is the finished floor? I've got to say it's excellent!Gone are the constant danger of splinters in the feet, the ingrained dirt and the gouges visible in the before and after photos.The choice of stain was spot on (New Medium Oak Light).I can't say how durable the new finish will be, it's too early, we've got a Labrador with scratchy claws and it's a softwood...but I've no doubt it's given the floor years of new life.My wife and I are delighted with the results and have asked Dale to return to rejuvenate our tiled floors.

Deep clean of all the indoor tiles downstairs and sealing after being in for 18months. I used Tilemaster to clean, seal and polish a limestone floor covering the ground floor of our large house. It had become stained and miscoloured. The work was finished to a high standard and looked like a new floor. Very impressed.Special mention due to Dale Langdown who kept his patience during one or two postponements due to covid.
