Lovely dental surgery. Been my dentist for over 40 years now. Never had a problem. At my recent appointment the dentist took the time to go through my ex rays with me and to discuss future treatment.

I am extremely pleased with my visit today.The reception staff always have a welcoming, caring manner.The dentist David Hirst is very professional and friendly. He explained my treatment options in detail and made me feel at ease.He is a credit to your team.

After calling 111 for an emergency appointment and being told they have nothing I rang Bupa at 8:30 for an emergency appointment. By 10am my tooth was out and I am now pain free.I have previously had an extensive tooth filling done here which was also a delight. I, like most, am terrified of the dentist. But every time I go I am out at ease as soon as I’m in the chair.I’ve had a tooth extraction on the NHS before and it was horrific. I’ll never use an NHS dentist again.

Perfect dentistry ,, From the moment I arrived I was treated with courtesy & kindness ,Both the lady receptionist where very attentive & professional,, my dentist was Maira Miraj ,, Maira is an exceptional dentist !! & I am now in my 60’s & have suffered many bad experiences But Maira worked with such skill & a gentle approach & removed 2 mercury fillings & replaced with white , I had absolutely no fear as I felt Maira’s confidence immediately,, ,, After my appointment I made an appointment for my son & my husband ,, we now have all changed our dentist to Miraj at Bupa dental care in Castleford & I highly recommend!!The hygienist was also amazing I felt no pain just super clean after , Many thank- you’s to the Castleford Bupa team ❤️

I had to visit Bupa Dental Care Castleford today, an Emergency appointment. I cannot rate the Dental Practitioner Anna, highly enough. From a simple extraction, it became a surgical extraction. It was pain free. Anna was marvellous. Thank you too, to her Assistant Heidi & also to Caroline at Reception. Excellent Customer Service. I would highly recommend.

Just want to thank Saqib Hafiz for making me feel at ease at my appointment today. As someone who has not seen a dentist for a long time & has had some bad experiences in the past I was worried about how it would go. However all went smoothly & he has given me some good information. Thanks.

I just had a vist to dentist in November 2023 and I was seen by Kena and Sheryl and I couldn't say enough about how amazing they are. They put me at ease straightaway and couldn't have offered to do more to keep me comfy. I've been seeing a dentist my whole life and it was my best experience yet. I now will not see anyone else. Thank you ladies for the best time at sometimes unpleasant experience.
