I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction with the biffa bin collection service. Despite already filing a complaint, the situation has only worsened. The driver arrives and leaves within a span of 2 minutes, without properly collecting the bin. I have CCTV footage as evidence. On one particular day, the driver did not collect the bin from the front, but managed to collect it from the rear, claiming that a van was blocking him. When we called customer service to complain, they were unhelpful and unable to provide a satisfactory resolution.

Absolutely abysmal company! Impossible to contact. Hopeless!!

Service has become poor over the last 6 weeks not picking up on days then saying they were on site but with 24hr CCTV to see they have not been collecting. Very poor
