Marshall Hyundai - Gatwick

brought a used audi tt from this dealership in july 2023 car wasn't presented that clean in fact it was dirty inside as the deal had been done via photos/video and finance sorted before pickup i took the car as is my mistake i know. i was cleaning the car and with the sun lower in the sky this time of year it is clearly visible that the car is a damaged repair the silver paint is 2 different shades on the rear bumper nothing shows up on hpi but its so obvious now i have seen it, don't expect to see this from a main dealer and large group like Marshall will never buy from them again. as always buyer beware.

Purchased a new Tucson today-first Hyundai and first time using this dealer. Dealt with by Charlie Hodge who was very personable and we felt no pressure. It was nice to feel the time was being used to build rapport with ourselves as customers and it was a nice experience (often you can feel rushed or under pressure or left waiting). Pleased with the deal too, which we felt very fair.

Called up to arrange a test drive at very short notice. Had the please of dealing with Chris P who had the car waiting for us at the entrance when we arrived. He answered every question we had, made the whole transaction feel very smooth and offered valuable, honest insight which is somewhat rare to find these days. Could not recommend this Hyundai branch and Chris enough. It’s the first I’ve dealt with Hyundai but it won’t be the last. Hope to deal with you again, thank you!

A very polished, refined & pleasant experience @ Hyundai Crawley.Well worth the 2 months wait for a service, updates & minor remedial work I asked to be carried out, which to my surprise was done under warranty.All completed in the same dayI wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hyundai Crawley to anyone & will certainly be booking my next service here again.

We had almost given up looking for a car but then we met Will, what a star! Will listened to what we needed, which I am sure from his perspective was not easy as we weren't sure! However he still managed to decipher our request and match us to the right car. We love our Tucson. Not only did he instil confidence in us as he knew what he was talking about but he did it all with a smile and a few laughs along the way. He has also always been brilliant with our aftercare, having time to say hello and finding things out for us. Would definitely recommend Will and Hyundai in Crawley.

After returning from our recent holiday we realised that our current car and backs were not going to withstand another British holiday!! After looking at a few different makes and models online we decided to go and look at the Tucson in the flesh. We had a look around the used cars on offer. It was so nice to be able to walk around and look at our leisure without being pounced on! After seeing one we liked the look off we went in to have a chat. Unfortunately we must have chosen the wrong day as all the current sales staff were busy but the lovely Sales Manager Will agreed to have a chat even though he was incredibly busy. Will took the time to explain about the different models and features of the Tucson. He explained in great detail about all the options that were available to purchase our new car and at no point did we feel pressured or forced into buying the car. Will agreed to put the car we were looking at on hold for a few hours whilst we went home to decided what to do. On our return Will again sat down and helped us through the whole purchasing process and explained in detail the optional benefits that we could add. At no point we’re we pressured into taking these options and to be honest if Will hadn’t explained these in detail we may have missed out on some of these great benefits. The whole process of purchasing our new car from start to finish was easy, stress free and fantastic, I can’t thank Will enough for his friendly, approachable, personable manner and taking the time to help us. I enquired about the i10 a few weeks ago, not in stock but due for showroom display.Chris gave me an amazing service and managed to get permission for me to have the one due for display, collected in 3 weeks, the whole experience was excellent and I now have a gorgeous new car. Thank you.

My wife and I were warmly welcomed when we dropped by on a Saturday to just view some cars, even though the showroom was busy, and we were afforded plenty of time to deal with our initial questions.I returned on Monday for a test drive following calls to amend the time and requirement which were promptly answered by Caz.I met with Chris Pratt who provided me with the most excellent service. He was very knowledgeable about the cars in which I was interested, took plenty of time to show me round and conduct the test drives and then handled the sale itself in a most professional and helpful manner, to the extent that he was even good enough to incur the wrath of his manager about a particular issue which I had, and was successful to the extent that this closed the deal for me and I went ahead with the purchase.

Having seen a car online we visited the showroom to request a test drive. We were assisted by Alex who was really helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. We had limited time to test drive the car and once we decided to purchase the vehicle Alex prepared the necessary paperwork quickly.I needed to phone Marshall's before I collected the car and messages were passed on and responded to.When I collected the car Alex went through everything from the necessary paperwork, answering my questions and demonstrating the car's key features in a professional calm manner. I am really pleased I purchased my vehicle at Marshall's and thank you Alex for all your help
