A Big Thank you! - My experience with these guys has been amazing. These guys were a recommended to me by a neighbour. The branch Manager has a professional supportive manner which you can see is passed down through the team.My planner Jess, was recommended to me also and i am really pleased I listened. There was no hard sales talk and I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the process. Jess listened to what i wanted, whilst reasuring me and supporting. A friendly professional environment - I highly recommend!

I cannot emphasise enough how excellent the team is at this Howdens. They are incredibly knowledgable and so helpful. I've walked into the store a few times asking about random different things (sink fittings, end panels, pantry trays, kitchen fitters), and the team has always given me advice and helped me! I really recommend popping in and speaking to them about what you want/need. I have since also had a kitchen from Howdens which is great quality.

Best Howdens we have visited by far. They were welcoming and there was a great selection of worktops. Jaafar was extremely helpful and we designed our kitchen based on his recommendations. He knew what he was talking about and provided the best customer experience. Lovely man!

Popped into howdens bermondsey today for some silicone. Ended up purchasing blue roll more silicone due to the great price, some raw plugs the manager Wayne found for me for a great price. Also Rachel and Wayne worked quick to get me my things. Excellent service! Keep it up.

Terrible after sales experience. I have replaced my entire kitchen with Howdens bought their appliances and the cooker sold to me dumps condensation and water over my cupboard and floor when i cook. I have tried to reject the item and get back 'cook differently'.... It is beyond ridiculous and i would strongly advise not buying from them unless you want oiler water over the floor!

Great service by the staff at the branch. The kitchen was also delivered quickly and without any issues. Wayne is your go-to person and they offer the best ice cold spring water in all of Bermondsey.
