Citrus was great to use. Other places weren’t able to repair my laptop over the weekend but with citrus they met me, diagnosed my fault as a faulty PSU and had me a replacement part within the same day. On a Saturday!

the charge port went on my gaming laptop, Dave managed to repair it pretty spectacularly by swapping in an entirely new port so we didnt even have to wait for a part to come from abroad and saving £100 in the process. cant recommend them enough

Ordered a CPU online came damaged with multiple bent pins. Didn’t think it could get fixed due to how many were damaged. However, i took it down to David at Citrus and he fixed it over night. Excellent customer service and expertise. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for repairs.

Fantastic work for fair price no complaints at all my pc had blue screen of death error message last night he picked it up repaired and upgraded it to windows 11 and installed some useful programmes all in 24 hours even dropping it off at 11pm when I said I'd still be up not many people if any would come out at that time they would make you wait until the next day and pc is now working fine when yesterday it wouldn't start at all
