Celebration Cake Centre

Called last month and put in order and paid for a cake for my sons birthday, was then called two days before the collection date being asked what it actually was that we wanted, surely this should have been written down when I first called and paid.I then arranged to collect it today, Facebook says 5pm closing on a Friday, I showed up outside at 2.30pm only to find they have shut the shop and gone home, no one answering the phone and multiple emails have been ignored.My son now has no cake for his party tomorrow and I’ve been left out of pocket and very disappointed and disgusted by the unprofessional manner in which this has all been handled.I won’t be using celebrations again, we used to look past the basic availability of cake flavours (only Victoria sponge available?!) but after todays absolute disaster of a service I will be avoiding them all together and telling others to do the same. Shocking.

I had a very large cake made for my wedding! Detail was fantastic! And so many compliments from my guests of how amazing the cake tastes!! It was absolutely delicious!!

Had an amazing cake made for my partners 30th birthday. It was an unusual request but they made it look amazing and my partner loved it. It was perfect for him. It tasted amazing to. will deffo be getting my cakes from here from now on and recommending them to everyone

I was a bit nervous about ordering a Pearl wedding anniversary cake over the phone and supplying a photo of the couple by email but I needn't have worried. It was just as I asked, peach coloured flowers and writing with a scattering of pearls. Everyone at the party commented on how good it looked and tasted. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Always come here for a number of cakes throughout the year as our whole family love the cakes which are always beautifully decorated. Recently had a cake for our 50th wedding anniversary and as usual it was fantastically decorated and the standard of the cake itself was brilliant. Thanks Kate and the team for yet another great job well done and always delivered with a lovely smile on your faces
