Attended as an appointee with my own disability, my carer was refused to be allowed in. So after a 26 month wait for an assessment the person I support as an appointee had their own appointment made much more stressful.

Deliberately uninspiring. Was kept waiting and in pain for well over an hour. It is a place you have to attend rather than wanting to visit. Staff were friendly that is why I have rated 2 stars.

Not an easy place to find especially when You're undergoing eye surgery and can't see very well. Sign needs to be a lot bigger outside thankfully I had my sister to guide me
