Some of these machines only accept £1 whilst others accept £1, £2 and 50p coins. Price for washed start at £5, I don't know what the more expensive washes cost. Most of the machines will auto add detergent, the ones that don't are cleary labeled so you can add your own. It does the job but is pricey.

Handy and very easy to use. Smaller washing machines are £5 and the biggest is £8, which includes detergent and fabric softener in the cycle.Tumble Dryer is £1 for 10 minutes with 3 different heat settings.There is a car park directly across the road which is reasonably cheap to stay for a couple of hours.There is also a shop next door who kindly changed some money into coins for me.

Used this for the first time today, Friday a.m. in late April. Not busy. Plenty of machines available, though several not working. Used an £8 machine for warm wash with prewash and £2 for drying. Took about an hour altogether. No problems. Would happily come here again.

Got caught in a storm yesterday evening whilst staying in the town on holiday. Had some very wet clothing that hadn't dried overnight. I Googled local launderettes and this one came up only minutes from our hotel. Very good launderette, clean and tidy, no problem using the machine. Make sure you have two pound and one pound coins with you and fifty pences. Although it said it was open from 10.00am, it was already open and being used at 9.45am. I don't know if that is usual.

Expensive and a few machines down. One that worked was ok. Looking at close to £15 for a decent large wash and dry. Smelled nice though

It says detergent and softener are dispensed automatically but locals tell me they done. Washed and dried to find they were NOT WASHED. Bought laundry soap and should have used it. Don’t recommend this place at all.

A clean and comfortable space. The machines are expensive, with washes starting at £5 and tumble driers needing around £3 to dry a normal load of clothes, but the auto detergent machines did a great job in getting clothes clean in quick time. Overall, a very nice experience was had using this launderette.
