Aparthotel Adagio London Brentford

Nice stay around 2 weeks in Adagio. Receptionist Anta is responsiveness and helpful to arrange late check out.It would be great if the house keeping can perform once per 5 days.Easy to walk to the underground station and have bus to Ealing Broadway as well.

This was my second time at the Aparthotel Adagio Brentford and I can only recommend it. It is located a little outside the city, but has very good public transport connections. The apartments are functional, comfortable and have a small kitchen with full kitchen equipment. There is also the option to receive drinks and snacks in the foyer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Due to our late arrival it was no problem for us to check in after midnight. A special thank you goes to Anta for her mindfulness and warmth.I'll be happy to come back

My husband and I stayed here for business and this was our first visit.We were kindly given a room upgrade and we were not disappointed. Beautifully appointed room and spotlessly clean.The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and happy to help with any tiny issues.Thank you to everyone for giving us a comfortable stay, see you next week!

I enjoyed my stay at the Aparthotel in Brentford. The hotel and my room was clean, spacious, centrally located, and very quiet. I made use of the kettle and kitchenette, especially for making tea, coffee, and breakfast. The window/balcony was incredibly unique. The bed was comfortable and the AC/Heating worked very well. I liked that the tube stations were relatively close by, as well as the National Archives, Kew Gardens, and some beautiful city parks.In terms of staff, everyone was friendly and happy to assist me. Upon my arrival and throughout my stay, a staff member named Heena was especially helpful, welcoming, and eager to offer advice. She assisted when I was checking out too.Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to book this hotel again.

Visited here for a short stay. Anta’s customer service was impeccable from start to finish. She was always able and willing to answer any questions I had. The room was always in great condition. for a wonderful stay!

This is my first time to come to London.A big thank you for Manisha!!The first day we arrived, it was very late. But she still treated us very nice! Introducing all the facilities they have, and when I didn't get it, she will explain again ❤️The room is very clean, it makes me feel comfortable!I would love to book once again when next time I come!

For the price, the location and size of the room is good. However, it is not very clean. The toilets doors had extensive water marks and mold. It seems that it wasn't thoroughly cleaned prior to accommodating new guests. The kitchen amenities were also not properly cleaned.Otherwise it would have been a better stay. There was nothing special about the service either.

The hotel is well located in the stunning Kew Eye Tower - the rooms are well equipped, however, there were a few small issues which put a bit of a dampener on our visit.Firstly, the check-in process was rather drawn-out, which most of the time is fine, but when you have a limited grace period on the parking, is far from ideal. Upon arrival, the reception staff were dealing with some very vocal complaints from other guests, which didn't make for a particularly warm reception either (though I appreciate that wasn't the hotel's fault).I was also a bit thrown-off by the fact the receptionist made a phone call whilst I was checking in to determine which rooms were clean, and I believe this was used to allocate which room I'd be given. I'm surprised there isn't a more rigid system for this.The room was mostly clean and well-presented, though the bedsheets were littered with hair, and the bathroom tiles covered in handprints. The TVs had a habit of randomly turning off, and the temperature controls in the living room/kitchen area didn't seem to do an awful lot. The living room sofa was made into a pull-out bed, even though we booked a double bed and had no use for the sofa beyond sitting on it, and we had to fold this all away ourselves.That said, I'm maybe being overly-critical on account of just how brilliant this property could be if not for those relatively minor issues. With a bit of staff training, maintenance, and an optimised check-in process, it could be fantastic.

The location was good, the reception staff was friendly and helpful. A special THANK YOU to Anta and Heena, who made our stay very pleasant. They were very attentive and supported us with all our requests and questions!The rooms were okay- as no staff came to the cleaning, we were missing toilet paper and had to ask for it. It was very loud and the Smart Tv wasn’t actually a Smart Tv.The breakfast was good, but there was only toast and it was the same everyday.
