Absolutely disappointed first off all I went in 2 months ago to get blonde highlights come out the same colour no difference what’s so ever so I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again so last week I went in the service I had was just so disappointed onces again the young lady doing my hair would not speak and seemed very upset she didn’t tell me how many streaks she would b putting into my hair or the hair colour I could of comed out all sorts of colours !!!! She said she was gunna show me the colour of the toner but never did the staff was just waiting around doing nothing and had absolutely no clue what there doing not very professional at all She never asked or chatted to me onces when it was done if I liked the colour of the highlights or wanted to tone it down or up at all , the colour they put on my hair was nothing like the picture I showed themFrankly it was no different onces again u can barely notice that I’ve had highlights such a shame because I was so looking forward to it, I told them I wanted lots of highlights and coming from the rout but looks like they can’t follow simple instructions I would have a better job doing my hair myself rather than going back to the hair bar again they would never b seeing me again if I could give it 0 stars I would !!!!!!!!!!!Not to mention it’s so overpriced to come out looking the same colour !!!!!!!!!!

Erin & all her staff are professional, very friendly & welcoming & the new salon looks amazing, Erin has done a great job. Nadia did my hair today & I couldn't be happier with the results. Would highly recommend The Hair Bar for all your hair & beauty needs, they're all a great team, loved it.

Erin and her team will welcome you with a smile , sit you down with a hot Beverage , and will listen to your needs in detail but with very good recommendations on how they see your hair. Love love love this place! Erin and her team are outstanding at what they do with hair, nothing is too much trouble. Kaisha who works from one of the treatment rooms is wonderful and helps me have lovely, low maintenance lashes, and Karen from White Orchid Beauty who works from another of the treatment rooms gives the most amazing massage!!!!! The Hair Bar is a local treasure ❤️

OUTSTANDING!Firstly, I have been going to The Hair Bar for my colouring, cuts and maintenance for the last 3 years and I never leave that salon unhappy. I come out feeling a million dollars, refreshed and well looked after.From the moment you walk into the salon, the girls do everything they can to look after you by offering hot/cold beverages and a little lotus biscuit on the side (my fav is the caramel latte)! I look forward to this every time I go into the salon.Erin and the girls will do everything they can to accomadate you and make you feel relaxed, whilst listening to your needs and expectations when it comes to all things hair!The main reason why I am writing this review is because I chose Erin and The Hair Bar ladies to do my wedding hair, bridesmaids hair and other guests hair. Bayley came along to help Erin as there were 9 of us! I cannot thank them enough for making us all feel incredible and I speak on behalf of all of my wedding party, you made us feel incredible. The morning of the wedding was one of my highlights and you were a huge part of my day.Please do not ever doubt Erin and The Hair Bar girls as they are the best team and I will never trust anyone else with my hair!Thank you girlsTash x

I've been going to the hair bar for around 5 years and the Team here are so friendly and knowledgeable. Erin did my wedding hair which way exceeded my expectations and made me feel like a princess!
