Machine broken can’t print label.

Avoid at all costs!Absolutely terrible service!The parcels are badly managed, thrown in a bag where they have damage due to people handling them several times.It’s not worth it.In addition, 50% of the attendants have no manners.Terrible!

The worst postal service known to mankind,Come to think of it , the post service in Kenya is better than Hermes. Totally un contactable, out of 7 parcels I managed to receive 1. I asked for a parcel to be delivered to a postal shop, and they tried to deliver it when the parcel shop was closed, not once’s but 9 times, that’s 3 separate parcels. Then I tried a different parcel shop and they tried to deliver to a house and sent me a email with a photo of a door . Saying that they are sorry that they can’t deliver the parcel. In the email it even has the address of the parcel shop so why try delivery to a private property and send me a photo. You can not contact them or speak with them.You can’t email them. The only thing you can do is speak with a computer. NO THANKS. .A very bad company that gives very bad service.I’m sure there’s customers that have had a good experience with Hermes, IM NOT ONE OF THEM.

The parcels are thrown into a massive bag from which you have to hunt out your own. Some get thrown on the side, it’s a bit of a free for all. Not fit for purpose as an Evri parcel shop. Collection procedure needs a massive rethink

Easy to use especially now the camera/printout has been moved higher. Helpful staff.

Pleasant lady assistant. Unfortunately unable to take my Evri parcel as the driver hadn't collected in the past 3 days.
