Excellent service from the all the staff. Becky was really informative when i was selecting my glasses and lenses, and explaining the charges and what worked best for me. Thoroughly recommend this service.

Had the pleasure of being assisted by Debbie, who was so helpful while I was choosing my glasses but also really friendly, met my level of chat perfectly and made my experience extra nice.

The eye exam was done in a hurry and they gave me the wrong glasses. I went back two months later because I didn't have time to come back sooner and they wanted to charge me for the exam again. I didn't accept it and went to another optician who had a much better doctor with much more patience. I won't go back to boots again. I spent money for nothing on boots.

I had an eye test. The service was very professional and friendly. All information was made very clear and easy to understand. The optician made extra time to do extra test for me as I was having an issue which later required a referral to the eye clinic in the local hospital. He took me through each step of the process and explained why it would be happening, warned me that the eye drops may be painful and any other parts I needed to be made aware of. I was really looked after and put at ease, even though the issue was quite a scary one. The ladies working on front desk also looked after me very well. They were all very friendly and kind. The service was fast and efficient. Very happy and would recommend the service to anyone.

Excellent service from the staff at Boots in Clayton Square. A very thorough eye examination and test which I have not had before at previous opticians.I had a really good understanding of why specific glasses and lenses are more suitable for me and they have an excellent choice and range in store.

Friendly thorough team. In particular Tahmina and Naz who gave great advice and were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.I didn’t get the name of my optician or the assistant manager (Amanda?) who also helped but they were also great.
