I went to Tracy to get guidance on training for a half marathon. Despite being busy she squeezed me in. Her advice was really practical and helped me increase my fitness. She has a lovely manner and is clearly very passionate about health and fitness. I would highly recommend Tracy.

I loved training with Tracy. She listens to your goals and fitness objectives, tailors exercises and nutrition recommendations to help you meet these, enables and motivates you to take exercises and learnings into your day-to-day life. I particularly liked that there's no extensive gym equipment needed, so I can do much of the training at home and outdoors.

Tracy is an excellent PTI who has an extensive knowledge and experience in fitness, exercise and nutrition. She is innovative and supportive in her sessions which are interesting and fun whether taking place in her studio or the outdoors. I can also recommend her book. Choose The Griffenator - she's great!

I booked the 5 PT sessions package in preparation for my first half marathon. Throughout our sessions, I felt supported, encouraged, and motivated to give my best. Tracy is passionate about what she does, and in my experience, I found passion to be contagious. Enjoying what you do can make a big difference when it comes to achieving your fitness goals, whatever those might be. Tracy’s down-to-earth and nonjudgmental attitude offered me the ideal space to get fitter. Tracy is so knowledgeable, and I learnt so much from her ranging from, and not limited to, nutrition, exercise and even body anatomy. Aside from the PT sessions, I also benefitted from Tracy’s book, Get Fit and Enjoy It. The title of the book captures the experience I had with her. Tracy is so attentive and offered detailed notes about the sessions we’ve had. Her blog too provided excellent tips and info relevant to my fitness journey. The PT sessions with Tracy have been something to look forward to every week, and I am so grateful for this experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Tracy’s PT. Thank you Tracy!

I had stopped doing any sort of exercise for a long time and was really out of condition...mobility/flexibility/balance/cardio all suffering...I was fortunate to find Griffen Fitness. Tracy is a very skilled PT and completely non judgemental..she made starting again easy, assessed where I was at, developed a programme and has supported me in improving my fitness. She has a huge range of technical knowledge, coaches through a variety of techniques and sessions always feel safe. Tracy is a pretty amazing and supportive PT, and as a human in general, quite wonderful. Her knowledge of health and well-being, alongside anatomy and physiology are excellent and uses this technical knowledge in a meaningful and applied way. I saw Tracy as a start to reinvesting in my physical fitness alongside building confidence in doing this myself going forward, as I make my way to 50. I can say with utter sincerity that I have been given the best head start I could’ve wanted, alongside rediscovering a love of skipping (who knew!). And the added bonus? Coco cuddles. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, skilled, dedicated and effective PT, get yourself booked in.

I have just completed Tracy's five week programme and loved every minute. I am so impressed with her knowledge and understanding of nutrition and fitness and her ability to tailor the sessions to suit my abilities and needs. She is a real professional, giving me the tools to work at my fitness on my own. I liked the way she would email after a workout with comments and exercises I could do at home. Each session was demanding but fun! I came away each time feeling more confident and more determined than every to improve. I would recommend Tracy to anyone who is in need of positive and encouraging support to start on, or continue, their fitness and wellbeing journey.

I had some sessions with Tracy to help me get running regularly and her knowledge and guidance was absolutely invaluable! It really helped to give me motivation in the depths of winter and I would really recommend time with Tracy whatever your exercise goals are....she is super friendly and approachable and makes everything seem achievable!
