I come for appointment last week and one Lady she call Sam i think she is security guard she was so lovely and nice to me she helped me opening door and gave me water after my appointment kind people still exist.

THIEVES!!!I had a life changing injury and put an personal injury claim in. Im disabled due to a serious spinal injury. They stole it because I was unable to work whilst legal claim and needed to claim benefits. They told me that if I never worked a day in my life, I'd be able to keep every penny. But because I worked, the money they took was to cover my wages.If my claim took a month, they would've taken a months worth of benefits from it. Because my claim took well over a year, they took that amount from my claim, which was the vast majority of it.They stole a life changing amount of money from me. They told me that I could appeal, but there is very conveniently nothing on their system about my claim. Whenever I phone up about it, they have no idea what I'm talking.When I got police (fraud department) involved, it miraculously appeared back on the system. Now that police are no longer involved, they have no idea what I'm talking about again.I had a life changing injury, and they've stolen from me. Because of all the stress, It has seriously affected my mental health, which has resulted in trips to the hospital. This is what they have done to me.If you ever have an injury claim and need to stop working, never let these people find out because they'll steal it, and make out that they're doing you a favour by paying you benefits.I would rather have no benefits, and have my personal injury claim back, but unfortunately it's not up to me, it's up to them.

Beautiful building. Security guards were awesome, really friendly and helped us find out way. Parking was good. Fantastic service.

My appointment was at 3.30pm and I was waiting till 4pm to be seen but once I was in there I was very happy with the assessment which was carried out
