The Kodak Express Digital Photocentre

I had very bad experience with this lady I took my wife and two children for passport photos I paid asking price which is expensive but I needed photos urgently so I paid it and after taking photos she said she will email me in half an hour but I waited up to twelve o clock at night nothing come through.I paid for service and Time but she didn't serve me what should I do.

Quite expensiveCharged more for just emailing the passport size picture than a printout of 4 passport size picture printouts.Staff asked to pay even before taking my pictures which was very rude and unprofessional to me I wasn't happy with this behaviour.Then after taking my pictures staff insisted me to leave and wait for the email they will send with my picture as attachment , when I asked them to do it now while I wait the lady wasn't very happy as she said she would only do it if there aren't any new customers coming while I said I have paid you before even you pickup your camera to take my picture I am not leaving until I don't get my pictures for 2 reasons1 if you do any mistakes in email spellings.or anything I will not receive the pictures and you aren't ready to WhatsApp me so I will leave only I received my pictures.2 I travelling to Manchester if you couldn't send me pictures I have you way to come back to get things correct.In the end I got my pictures not very superb ones but just OK.No photo studio facilities at all no hair brush for customers not even a proper studio cubicle everything in open area and prices are sky high.Wouldn't go back or recommend to any friends or family.

Too Expensive. Useless And lazy lady was sitting with no welcome no greeting. She said 10 pounds for 1 digital picture to email me. I will not recommend any one to go their.

I was looking for a place to get photos done but after seeing the childish responses from the owner or worker at the store calling people broke for saying it is expensive I'd rather not.Maybe the store may end up a bit broke with comments back like that.. not professional at all

Absolute diabolical service. A lady was working there when I went in. very impolite, no greetingWill never be coming again. These people have also taken over Rio's across the road and of course there has been a change in the service there too. Unbelievably rude, wouldn't even give 1 star

If you can avoid this place do so. They charge 25p for a photocopy, but charge you £1 per copy if you email them a document, when asked why so much she said it takes time to copy on the usb, when it literally takes no more then a few seconds, what nonsense! They will try to rip you off any change they get.

I highly recommend this place, they helped me out in an emergency - the lady behind the counter was a marvel.Whilst I was there awaiting my service I had the chance to look around and this place does everything in its shop, from frames, cups to personalised items - shame I couldn't find a place like this any earlier.Highly recommended for your digital printing needs and the staff behind the counter are also friendly.

I received a great service today from a lovely lady (Huma). I gave her my design and she done an amazing job in printing my picture. She gave me lots of insight/input on types of paper to print on, taped the back of the frame so it's sturdy and even cleaned the glass for us when inserting the print. I then forgot to collect my receipt and the lady very kindly sent it across via WhatApp. I will be using this store for future prints.

Good for passport pictures etc, but the wait is a bit longer than expected.
