Excellent service and organised

Bombay events promise they will deliver what you want and do not actually deliver what you ask for. Only after the wedding, I realise things were not how I specified upon booking. They are quick to quote a high price and do not deliver a good quality service.

By far the best service I have received. Shahid was absolutely brilliant. The entire team (Kinza & Abdul) were so efficient and easy to approach. Everything was provided and completed well in advance. Would highly recommend and use for future events

The team decorated our wedding venue to the utmost perfection! Everything we had discussed in advance was taken into consideration and executed so well on the day! They set everything up on the morning of our early ceremony start and did the changover decor for the reception. The communication leading up to the event with Abdul and Kinza was fantastic. They were both always very accommodating to all our requests. Absolutely fabulous service, would highly recommend their services!

Unfortunately I went to Bombay events for my daughters wedding. Highly unprofessional and poor service from these guys.Not only did the fail to deliver as per our contract the said product,False promises ,not answering to messages and calls on the day of event was unforgivable. They were supposed to deliver tables and chairs for a nikkah ceremony at our home. Which they failed to do.They again sent the wrong chairs to the reception venue on barat day. When told of this the following day they refused to accept any fault on their part and tried to blame us for not letting them know earlier. Talk about attitude!Accepting mistakes and accountability can help in resolving such conflicts.They charge thousands of pounds for a very unprofessional poor service, absolute amateurs.When talked to the complaints person who claimed to investigate the matter was an obsolete joke she was.Fortunately as clients a contract is made. If needs be legal action can be taken.failed to deliver. When made a complaint to them they turned it around and tried to blame us for not raising it earlier.
