The company is great not only they gave a simple quote for my new build but explained everything to me in detail. We made a number of changes which were not part of the quote but we're not charged insaine money out of my experience in the past from an extension to find genuine builders like building needs ltd is rare. Highly recommended company!

Asked for Building Needs to quote, and they came round promptly (which is a plus) but they never sent me the quote, even after chasing and being assured that I would receive a quote.Building companies should at least have the courtesy to let customers know if they don't wish to quote rather than just fob them off or ignore them.
