Sorry terrible experience, both products did not work, we managed to fix one & keep it as we were desperate, upon returning the other item it has taken 8 weeks, 12 emails & at least 3 phone calls to try & get my money back. on 3 occasions they said it had gone back into my account but it never did. I am still to date out of pocket as not received refund. I would have given 1 star but I had a point of contact 'Callum' who has been extremely helpful throughout but alas his hands are tied as he is reliant on managers raising credits & accounts actually sending credits. Would not use this company again i'm afraid. I would employ Callum he is an asset to the company.
