I attend the laser retreat on a regular basis. I have had many chemical peels from Kate who is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming.I also attend to have my nails done by Maddie. Again very professional and always a warm welcome. I can’t recommend the retreat enough and if I could give it 10 stars I would. X

Kate is just wonderful! I go regularly for massages, Iv also had facials and laser hair removal. Highest level of professionalism and knowledge on her treatments. However it always feels casual and relaxed!! Recommend her constantly to people!

LASER TREATMENT - IT WORKS AND IT'S WORTH IT!Due to PCOS, my facial hair growth was becoming a huge hindrance in my life. After years of struggling, I came across The Retreat Clinic, who offers medical grade laser hair removal. My main concern was finding a service where I wasn't put off after the 1st visit from feeling critised, judged, or embarrassed as this leads me to (as you'd expect) not returning. Kate, who runs the service, is not just professional and trustworthy, but also very caring and true to character. Kate strives to go above and beyond and has surpassed all my expectations. I can not put into words how grateful and happy I am to have come across Kate and the level of customer service I receive with each and every visit.I am seeing such a dramatic reduction in hair growth after every session.
