Tried numerous local companies advertising emergency domestic roller shutter repair 24 hr. None had anyone available despite promises of swift callouts. One was clearly inebriated and disinterested. Went further afield and found these guys. Absolutely first rate. Quick response, here within hour, not excessively priced (will always pay a premium for out of hours repairs) and the two lads Joe and Ant were fantastic. Courteous, respectful, efficient, and giving great advice on use of garage door shutter. If you live within 50 miles of Bickerstaffe use these guys. Miles better than any other local company.

Our shutter got caught on our shop door and came off the main drum at one end last night. We secured the shutter enough to drop it down and called RSS at 19:30hrs, to our surprise they not only answered but also agreed to send to Engineers out at 08:00hrs the next day.The Engineers arrived at 08:00hrs and fixed the shutter within one hour.Great service, very professional and cheerful lads /Engineers, very reasonable costs too.Definitely will be using these guys again, but hopefully under better circumstances for ourselves.
