Kimberley made my mother's funeral a fantastic experience. We were devastated to lose my mum, but Kimberley's knowledge provided us with a funeral that my mum would have loved. She is able to understand people quickly and clearly has a lot of experience. Kimberley is definitely a character, but a person that really knows what she is doing, takes the time to understand what you need and leads the organising of what is a new and dreadful time for the family. Kimberley Tonner is extremely rude, please avoid dealing with her and maybe another member of the team, here is an example of something she has sent to me by email,''Dear Shafiqur,This is not the document I have requested or require.I need what is commonly referred to as Cremation Papers but is a Form 4 & 5.I have tried to explain to you what I need but you clearly don't have any knowledge.''I am happy to share this email with anyone if they would like to confirm it is true. People come to you when they are in need of help and don't want to hear a person like Kimberley on the other side of the phone.Also just to mention she was rude on the phone also and I have a call recording of this.

I have used this company for the past month for the funeral arrangements of my late mother, and I would not recommend their services due to a lack of communication when calls were expected to be received to confirm dates of a service, and specific aspects of them. The time taken to arrange the funeral was 29 days instead of 14, and that is not a dignified way to treat anyone going through a bereavement.

I only lost my mum two days ago and Kimberley was absolutely amazing, professional and showed empathy to complete a calming, stress free experience in a dreadful situation to ensure my mum gets the best she deserves.
