The Gym Group Worthing

The Gym group gyms are all pretty much the same. Although I have found the worthing gym to be cleaner than some and staff are helpful and pleasant.(especially the girl with the insanely tidy eyebrows) It gets a bit busy at weekends and evenings but I've never really had to wait too long for equipment.This is a decent size gym and there is a good range of equipment. Functional... Stacks of cardio machines... plenty of plate loading and pin machines. There's a good cable preacher curl. The heavy lifting gear is reasonable for a main stream gym with lots of benches, squat racks etc. There's a really decent plate loading leg press and 2 or 3 of a lot of the popular machines; pec fly etc.

A really great gym. I was going at peak times (which is 5 -7pm most weekdays) and I was still able to hop on any machine I wanted without having to wait. The place is spotlessly clean. Everyone seems to do their bit cleaning up after them selves. The staff I have met have been super friendly.

The gym was very quite tonight, low capacity which meant I got to use all the machines I wanted for as long as I wanted. That was a good work out guys! :)

Nice gym. Been trying to go this year at least 4 times a month. Good range of equipment. If you don’t like it too busy sim to go between 11am-4pm. Or late at night. Gym instructors seem pretty welcoming and always say hi.

Great gym, staff are so friendly and welcoming, always willing to help. Beth, Martin and Lewis are fantastic as well as all the other PTs. Classes are brilliant fun and very varied. I have been a member for 2 years and have made some great gym buddies. Equipment is great and has a variety of different equipment to make sure can get your work out in. Would recommend it!

Clean and well maintained, good monthly price, 24 hours is ideal. Car park is a bit of a pain now they’ve added restrictions.

Very happy with this gym as there's loads of equipment and all the time in the world to go.Always getting the yanga sports water on your account as there fountain is warm.

Never using this gym again, now in debt of over 500 quid because of there new parking charges out of nowhere. I used this gym for over acouple of years and has always been free parking, didn't even know they had changed to pay parking, recieved no letters untill it was passed onto bailiffs.All this stress just because I wanted a workout, 3 workouts now costing me over £500Will be canceling my membership this month
