Horrible customer service! They need serious re-training. Also recently I have purchased a magic bag from toogoodtogo app, they have put the wrong time and made me travel to the store for nothing! And didnt even want to admit that it was them that put the wrong time, they blamed the app, really…!

Went today for my second attempt to actually buy some hot food and low and behold at 1.00pm on a saturday next to no hot food available ( unless I wanted a vegetarian bake or Mexican sausage roll) and when I got to the front of a long que was told 15 minutes before it would be cooked!Waste of time and losing buisness

Great customer service, quick and easy.Always busy but they seem to handle it well. Always happy to help and always smiling.Constantly go throughout the day and there is always food available. Shop is always clean and tidy.Well done Brentford keep up the good work.

The staff are friendly enough, it's just not great. They never check click and collect orders, always out of everything, don't open when Gregg's website says they should be open. It's a shame because the Gregg's in Park Royal is the complete opposite!

I love Greggs, but this has to the worst one I've been to. Won't be back. Long queues, multiple staff In store but only 1 person serving. You're lucky of there is actually food available half the time. Poor customer service...

Entered this Greggs and I was waiting to be served. No one else was in the queue, I was the only one waiting. The staff disregarded me. I waited for around 3 minutes. Then left.Behind the counter there were 3 workers chatting with what seems to be the manager (dressed up in a different uniform). I have never gone back and I will never do.

The company needs to train their staff to make a coffee properly Very strong ordered a sausage roll he forgot to put sauce in the roll.. not a hard thing to do.. I think this is the worst Greggs ealing and Southall are much better service..
