My initial experience was positive being that Sedgley Glass came to my property on an emergency to replace a small cloakroom broken window and their quote was reasonable. But upon the window being replaced there were noticeable defects with the glass itself.When I notified Sedgley Glass about this, with some resistance & multiple chaser phone calls they addressed the replacement glass. But the replacement also had a manufacturing defect (i.e. small scratch - see picture attached) which is still yet to be addressed 5 months pending.In short, I can conclude my experience with Sedgley Glass as negative, I would not recommend or use them again as there are obvious quality issues with the materials that they are using.They are quick to take money but there after sale customer service is abysmal. Their excuse for the glass defects was quote Our glass manufacture says that if a scratch cannot be seen from 10 foot it is acceptable".So my advice is to stay clear of this company and if necessary pay that bit extra for a quality product and a stress free experience."

I've had 2 new composite doors and I'm most impressed with them! The service has been great from start to finish. I was unsure of a few things that were well explained when ordering the doors, the fitters were friendly and efficient, there was a small scratch on the door handle which was changed within hours of me notifying the company and now the doors are just perfect and I love them. There was no deposit required and you don't pay until the doors are fully fitted. I'm one happy customer and I would highly recommend this company.

Our whole experience with Sedgley glass was super positive! From the start they were really professional and helpful, offering lots of advice on how we would go about fitting a cat flap. Within two weeks of my initial enquiry the car flap was fitted, at a great price. I would definitely recommend their services and would look to use them again in the future. I had 2 extremely large dance studio mirrors that are very old. I am having to move premises and the mirrors are so big I can’t get them to the new venue.After a phone call to head office to explain my situation, Sedgley Glass sent out 2 men this morning to my studio and they cut them both down in half for me in a matter of minutes.I can now transfer them to my new venue which makes me extremely happy as the mirror’s originally cost me £900! So these guys have saved me having to scrap them or buy new mirrors!I’m extremely happy and grateful for this.Thank you..

I recently had a piece of glazing replaced by this company everything was explained to me and both of the engineers were great. It was measured and in stock within 10 days with an appointment arranged for the window to be replaced. I'm extremely happy with the customer service I have received that much so I have had further glazing replaced by them this week. I Would highly recommend this company. They're very professional, excellent customer service, fair pricing and the results are amazing. Thank you!

I have had a new composite door installed and was overwhelmed with the support and service received by Sedgley Glass. As a FM I work with a lot of contractors and I pleased to say the workmanship was excellent and was completed in a timely manner. They have also supported me with a burglary and attended immediately and didn’t charge for their effort. I would recommended Sedgley Glass as they are reasonable in price and helpful. I had 3 quotes and I made the right choice
