Thanks to Nina at the service reception for her prompt response to our query. The air con stopped working on my A class.She sorted out the repair quickly which was under warranty. Thanks to everyone for their first class service and especially to the technician who even found the time to wash the car thoroughly again after the Saharan dust covered it overnight. Many thanks again for a first class repair.

I have recently bought a Mercedes A-Class from Lookers Mercedes Stourbridge and I must say David Sermon is a credit to you. My boys absolutely loved him! He is a first class guy who will look after you and will go above and beyond. I jokingly requested my new car be wrapped in time for Christmas and lo and behold my car was wrapped complete with a bow and balloons. He will deliver what you're after and some. All of the staff are brilliant! Thanks David and the rest of the team at Lookers Stourbridge.

Thanks to Sam Page in sales for an excellent transition from my old car and putting me into my new A class.Communication was superb from start to finish, he kept me in the loop every step of the way.Sam also helped me sort my private number plate out, which the service team then kindly fitted for me.Will definitely be recommending Sam and the service team to all my friends and family.

I was kept informed and sent all relevant forms to sign by email. My car was delivered to me as unfortunately I couldn’t make it to Stourbridge and Joel arranged everything at short notice.
