From the 1st time visiting Cyril H Lovegrove to the day of the funeral the company made such a difficult time so easy. Nothing was too much trouble and a special mention to Mary who helped us with the arrangements and her experience shone through. A credit to the company.

A very professional process and delivered exactly to plan.

I lost my Mum earlier in the year and contacted Lovegrove Tilehurst without a clue as to what the next steps might be. I spoke with Mary who instantly put my mind in a better place by being very informative of what needed to happen, open about costs and reassuring of the service that they have provided.Due to some complicated cause of death issues, covid related staff shortages at the hospital and the coroners, the road was a bit bumpy, but Mary worked endlessly to make the dates happen. In my opinion, Mary went way above and beyond my expectations on my behalf, which was such relief in hard times when paperwork was the last thing I wanted to deal with. It was such a relief to have someone who knows the ropes, asking all the right questions of all the right people.All of the details were taken care of seamlessly with superb communication and compassion (and sometimes the odd laugh).The service itself was perfect and all of the things we had discussed were just right on the day.I could not recommend Cyril H Lovegroves and Mary O'Sullivan (tilehurst) more!
