Absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated. I moved into my new house 6 weeks ago at Christmas and brought a fridge freezer and washing machineThe washing machine doesn't run properly and stops half way through a cycle and within a week the door became jammed with all my clothes in it. I had no answer from calling the company and the managers mobile for over a week. My fridge has now packed up and after getting through I was told someone would call me back. After a week of calling and being told someone will get back to me i have now been told it only comes with a month warranty which is a lie as I was told a year when I brought them. I now have to pay for new appliances after already handing over just over £400. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE! Total scam and appliances are not all checked.

Very rude owner scamming people, won't give me my money back, they never check anything before selling it. I won't recommend them. Don't buy from them

I bought a tumble dryer that went wrong after 10 mins. The manager was rude and is refusing to give the money back. I have taken legal advice. He told me he does not care about bad reviews. God help you if you buy anything from here.

Good lil shop in Bedford town centre! Quite handy for your white goods. This is the washing machine that I ended up purchasing with a cooker also pictured. Quite usefull main staff named Zee who talked thru my options + we agreed on a few other items. Plumbing the items has been tricky but interesting! Room for improvement & FYI, it's not verry accessible + the shop is aware off this, so they're looking into options to cater for those with limited mobility (accessibility).

Buy at your peril. Bought washer dryer, 3 faults in first 4 months, told only had a months warranty. Not sure how others managed to get 6 months from them! Felt I was constantly having to track down, remind, badger to pin down to come to repair, couldn't be bothered on 3rd fault which was a leak. Thought I'd support a local business during pandemic, but waste of money. Chucked Dometics w/dryer and bought new and comparable for an extra 100 quid.

Very disrespectful and unprofessional team - more precisely someone called Paul (not even sure it's his real name as scam people tend to use fake names). I asked him clearly if he could deliver to St Neots from Bedford. He said Yes" and added a cost for delivery (because it's outside Bedford). Because of him

I saw a cooker on Gumtree and emailed the owner for a quote on deliver and installation and I got a very good price. I emailed my choice to the owner but it was sold. The owner telephoned me and sent over pictures of cookers within my budget. I selected one that I liked the look of within my budget and was very excited because he could deliver the same day. This made a real difference because I had paid a deposit to a factory outlet for a cooker who promised to deliver on Saturday but could not deliver. My cooker was delivered yesterday by two lovely service men, it looks super good, it is a centre piece in my home and it is working. I must add I have always used gas and so I am not use to full electric cooker but I wanted one. It's a tad bit noisy at first but that's all. It's early days , but I really love my cooker and anticipate còoking delicious meals on it. I would buy again and I am thinking about a condenser dryer for the near future.Thanks to Paul and his boys.M.Powell

Brought a cooker and fridge freezer and had installed for a very good price from here excellent customer service with a range of quality stock! Staff are very honest, helpful, polite and friendly. Would 100% recommend. couldn’t of asked for a better service. Will be returning!

Becareful of what you buy from these guys had two washing machines from them an when you call to say your washing machine isn't working an they are rude an unresponsive an say you don't have warranty
