The hotel was nice, the room was a studio with cooker fridge and sink which is very helpful for anyone who wished to self cater, the bed was comfy and I fell asleep in no time at all, the hotel is a little way out, not far, but you can just get a taxi right

What a bargainI got budget room for about £50, with a train strike I just needed a bed for the nightThe room is basic but clean, the staff are amazing, nice little bar area, absolutely coming back, bargain night out in Reading

This has been on of the worst hotel experiences I've had in the UK and the first time ive ever left a hotel early. The price I paid for the room was astronomical for the quality of the place.The room was dirty (towels, bed, toilet and bath), had a very loud fridge, and was not in the slightest sound proof. I never expect luxury but I do expect a clean room.Furthermore, the staff during breakfast were rude, unattentive and preoccupied listening to their apple air pods and playing on their phone to perform their duties. Whilst the staff on reception were okay the woman who was there both days of my stay during breakfast was just rude.

Used this place on more than one occasion for short breaks in Reading. Clean, basic, comfortable accommodation at reasonable prices. Friendly staff too.

Stayed in coach House.rooms are very small but had what you need. Also had a microwave, fridge in cupboard and a few dishes etc if you were self catering.No bath, just a shower.Room got very hot but they did provide a fan.Rooms are noisy, you can hear people clearly who arent being loud.Breakfast was ok, standard hotel fare. waitress took order and it arrived promptly so no complaints.

Stay at the hotel was very good. Rooms were comfortable to stay in, clean and tidy. Reception staff were very nice, the young girls working at breakfast were very helpful and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Would love to come here again I really enjoyed the stay.

First time staying here, overall not a bad experience.The rooms are a little different (ie kitchen sink and microwave in a cupboard) and can get a little warm. However they are comfortable and has everything that one needs..Service was brilliant, very friendly and helpful.Oh, there is a bar on site too.

Stayed for a few nights with my family. The hotel is deeply unclean, as the photos uploaded by others prove. The toilet was disgusting under the seat and the bathtub had stains, showing that these were not cleaned properly, or at all, between guests. We used some of the plates in the room and the next day they were replaced, but placed outside the room on the floor (no tray, nothing) which illustrates the total lack of knowledge about cleanliness in general, as people are walking in the mud (and who knows what) outside and back on the carpet. The place also smelled of tobacco and drugs, and those aren't something you want to stay in your clothes...That's not even the worst part for us. To cap it off, we wanted to check out 2 days early and get a refund for the remaining days and the hotel staff said it was OK to do so... and when we proceeded the next day, they did not honour it, we received no refund and it has been 1 month, they outright refuse to. I recommend finding somewhere else to stay, staying further from your destination if necessary, the comfort and peace is worth it.
