Took my car for my Mot, they advised my breaks needed doing, quoted me £150 so I booked in with them. After doing the breaks, the price changed to £205 when I asked why the price has gone up they said it was because I have an electric handbreak and its actually £150 plus VAT, when disputed managed to get it down to £180. Didn't like the way it was handled or the way I was spoken to, not customer friendly, I wouldn't use again.

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have more reviews, probably because they don’t need them. I was a bit doubtful about using this garage because it looks so scruffy but don’t let that put you off they know what they’re doing and are really busy, which I took as a good sign. They did my MOT and although I was half expecting some “unnecessary” work the car got a clean bill of health. I’ll definitely be going back for any work I need.

Its a real shame to see some bad reviews that shouldn't be on here, as myself and my parents have been coming to R&P for many years, they've always been honest and fair with us. I've also recommended R&P to a friend of mine as he needs his car fixing too. Many Thanks

Great service. I needed my 2 tyres fitting. I called and they accommodated to when I was available. Arrived for opening time on the agreed day, promptly on the lift and tyres fitted with care. Cleaned and checked the alloys when home and completely unmarked. Will be using them again in the future!
