I studied the Mindfulness Coaching course and hugely enjoyed the course. The course has an in depth amount of content which is easy to work through as well as being detailed to help you fully understand. I now feel I have a deeper understanding of the core elements of mindfulness and feel confident to share my learnings on the course with others. I have taken other mindfulness courses in the past and this course has greatly added to my knowledge.Thank you for the wonderful course!

I absolutely loved the Introduction to Spiritual Coaching Course!I loved the exercises as it really made you look within and really have a better understanding of yourself and the life you want to live. I loved the assessments, again great insights and understanding of coaching. Creating the mood boards were also great fun and I was able yo see clearly everything I wanted to achieve and what I desired.Also great coaching tools and can’t wait to further my knowledge with more of the courses.Christine

I have thoroughly enjoyed undertaking the introduction to spiritual life coaching certificate. I saw it advertised at a time in my life when I needed to do this and it was a really reasonable price too. It has helped me refocus on lots of things in terms of new business ideas and my own self personally. The set up of the online course has been really easy to follow and complete and has not felt too onerous. I would like to thank Anne-Marie for creating this course and providing me with the opportunity to stretch my thinking .
