There seems to be only one person in this company you need to speak to and he doesn't do phone calls. I contacted them asking for a CCTV system in August. I called again in September and again twice in October, but not once did I get hold of this man. The lady who answers the phone is very polite and genuinely believes this man will phone you, but he doesn't.I'd recommend not wasting 2 months, as I've done, waiting for the call that will never come, just find someone else.
