Called the day prior to my arrival on site to get more details about the car as I was coming from quite far away and did not want to waste time if the car wasn't matching my search criteria. I've been told that the car is in very good condition and very clean. When I got there I found a car's exterior full of dust which is totally understandable as most of the car wash are closed...but the interior. The car looked like there was a party in there the night before, all slimy, dusted and sticky. The dealer was burping 3 meters away from me the entire time and at the end said he is willing to drop the price a bit because of the interior that needed valeting but because of the price drop he said the warranty period would drop from 3 months to 1 month. Obviously I did not buy the car, a total waste of time. So before buying check the reviews and ratings twice.

Firstly they wouldn't allow me to test drive, stated it couldn't leave the car park for insurance reasons. Then the man proceeds to cough and burp which is highly unprofessional. I asked him for the documents, it only had a manual and a hand written service inside. The manager wanted the deposit sent to him with hisname as a reference not the company's as his card machine was broken he wanted me to do a banks transfer. I went to get my breaks checked as i kept hearing loud whistling noises when driving and squeeking the break pads are low, got them checked from Kwik Fit and shows they're dangerously worn, I have one car matt in my car. No MOT at all, they state it's because it's 3 years old. So NO safety measures in placefor safe driving. Absolutely obsurd. I have asked them to sort the fault out as it should have been checked before purchase, the manager told me it's not under warranty and will get back to you. I didn't receive any paperwork of what's included in the warranty or what's not. Absolute cowboys". Absolutely shocking. I've paid good money for this vehicle it wasn't cheap and he's not even apologied for selling a unsafe vehicle.I still haven't received the Log book? It's a joke. He begged me to write a good review. No way. Honesty always.I will now have to spend more money on a MOT and on the brake pads.Next time when buying a vehicle I will take an experienced person with me

The advertisement was not honest about the condition of the car, and took a 1.5 hour journey on public transport only to see that the car had significant scratches on both rear door and damage to the wheel rim. A waste of time together with poor customer service!

The cars are a bit old, bought a 1 series had a few body Mark's but drives better no problem what so ever. The manager financed the car at low interest rate. Overall a well suited purchase!

Terrible service, unresponsive staff. Lost the key to a car and told me they would call me back once they found it. Never got a call back and went on autotrader to find that the car had been relisted for 50% higher than what it was previously. The owner pretended to be morally upright and would not accept a deposit on the car. A few hours and some petrol wasted.

Bought a BMW from them.Spent money on it. Only to find it had had a major rear end shunt.Refund given of £250. I spent £800 on it. The BMW was back on sale that day!The replacement is nearly as bad.

I have bought car from AKS AUTOS LUTON. they listened to what i was looking for and choose the right car for me, a beautiful Mercedes Benz B class , good car with very reasonable price. I found AKS Peoples highly professional and friendly even they offered you tea and coffee ,great experience with friendly atmosphere. you won´t be find a better used car deal then AKS AUTOS LUTON. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Avoid this dealership!! We bought car from that guy, in January! everything was fine on a test drive… once we got home the engine light started flashing… here we go tons of problems! Cost us 2k to fix the engine. Highly DONT recommend this dealership!

This place is really upsetting.First of all my car was damaged and it’s still on sale. In a description of the car was saying everything is ok, but it wasn’t.The damage might have a intense into our lifes but no one’s really care. We had a really bad experience with this place. When we bring the car back because it was damaged the guy which one is working there start to be rude, yell at me and be really disrespectful. However I really did not expect that, but sadly this place violates human rights in the sight of other customers , he commanded me to shut up and humbled me. I don’t think that this kind of place is allowed to talk with the customers in this way. I’m sure that other people don’t want to get treated like this way either.Be careful before you choose it. Highly Wouldn’t recommend.By the way in the end they’re not even cancelling the finance agreement so now we’re paying for nothing but hopefully we will sort it out soon…..

⛔️⛔️⛔️If only I could give 0 stars this guy is a complete fraud avoid at all cost all the cars they buy cheaply at auction in very bad condition internally and then they don't service it or do any repairs but instead sell onto the customer the aftercare service is disgusting zero product knowledge about the cars unrealistic prices honestly completely avoid this guy is a complete fraud I had an issue with my car within the first 28 days I identified it and the owner had the cheek to tell me that he'll buy it back off me half the price instead of fixing the issue and taking ownership of it I then got another car that was also faulty I will be taking this company to court as they are breaching sales of good Act 1998⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️
