Blue Barn Architectural Design

I used Blue Barn for my 2 storey extension, the plans were clear and concise and they were very prompt and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We used Blue Barn to design a single story extension with a pitch roof. Dathan provided an exceptional service, he was efficient, incredibly knowledgeable and very responsive to emails and phone communications. He managed our expectations and gave us best advise, he came up with some great alternatives to what we thought we wanted and talked us through each stage of the process. We felt we could ask any questions we had, no matter how trivial we thought they were. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Barn and would always use Dathan again for any future plans.

After having problems with a previous architect, Dathan provided an exceptional service, his plans were so detailed even Wessex Water commented on how accurate and detailed they were. He was always on the end of the phone or replying to emails very swiftly, no matter how big or small the question was. He arranged drain diversions and building inspectors for us too. We didn't have to worry about a thing. We have recommended dathan to several friends and will continue to do so.

Blue Barn is applying for planning permission for me to build a 2 bedroom bungalow. Dathan has designed a very attractive property that takes into account all of the challenges of the site and draws on neighbouring features to create an original blend of old and new that will make a lovely home. Dathan has been efficient, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and has promptly organised the necessary surveys and land-clearance, providing me with quotes and choice of contractors as we go. I have appreciated being able to talk through ideas face-to-face during site visits, as well as prompt detailed follow up by email. I would totally recommend Dathan and Blue Barn for a high quality, expert service with excellent customer service and attention to detail.
