Very good, almost too busy for their own good.Store perhaps looking a tad tired. Needs a fresh lick of paint if nothing else. Otherwise staff excellent and product good... so far.

So rude. My girlfriends mother was booked in, with a note cannot walk upstairs. They called them in, asked to follow upstairs. They then mentioned she cannot walk upstairs, spec savers then was toile ok wait downstairs it will be another 30 minutes. They then decided, to try tackle the stairs as they couldn’t wait that long. They got upstairs and waited another 30 or so minutes… to then realise they weren’t checked in. It’s just so appalling for someone on chemotherapy.

I always have a very good experience whenever I go here. I have autism & anxiety, and my optician was very kind in explaining what things were and helped me not be scared. Whenever I come in for maintenance the service is always fast, polite and professional :)

Great experience!  Made a same day appointment and got in right away. I was a couple minutes late but didn't have to wait long to be seem.The front desk staff and the assistants were very nice and helpful.The optician (Tom P) is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the testing room I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease.The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with my appointment

Tried varifocal glasses after cataract surgery but kept on stumbling and knocking into things. Thank to Specsavers 30 day policy I was able to change to bifocal and I can see clearly now the pain has gone. I can see most obsticals in my way.Yes, happy

Shouldn't have gone to Specsavers.The staff were more interested in up-selling than conducting my eye test. Four out of the four employees I spoke with tried to sell me unwanted and unnecessary services. The staff seemed inexperienced and uninterested. The eye test was incredibly rushed and did not feel thorough. There was an evident agenda to try and sell glasses regardless of my actual needs.

Very good experience. Was given a next day appointment for an eye condition. All staff were very friendly and helpful.The appointment took two hours which I thought was excessive although if i had gone to the hospital who knows how long I would have waited. Many Thanks Specsavers.
