It was so good to deal with Paul Harwood in regard to our bungalow extension. He was curteous and very straightforward. He explained everything very clearly, listened closely to our requests and made really good suggestions to assist us in our decision making. He provided a timely service and has assured us of his continued interest in how the project is progressing. His drawings are very concise and he was very patient when we requested revisions. He has also adivised us on taking the next steps in the process and was even able to reccomend trusted builders whom he has worked with before. He was also a very nice person with a good sense of humour and a very reassuring approach. I could not reccomend him highly enough.

They have provided a full and comprehensive service and assisted with finding the right people for the job, as well as managing the process. We could not have done it without them. We'd started work with another architect but couldn't get a design we liked for our garage conversion. We then contacted Paul and haven't looked back. He explained each part of the process and also outlined upfront when he'd bill us and what he'd deliver at each point. I can't fault Paul's service, he provided everything he said he would on time and to a high standard. The design we jointly arrived at is exactly what we wanted. As well as planning, Paul also supported us through the building control process. My biggest plus is that he's actually contactable when you need him: we made very good use of WhatsApp as a way to stay in touch throughout. I'd highly recommend Paul and will certainly use him again myself!
