Hi, Mr.Navved was recommended by a friend for flush my heating system as it was recommended by my insurance co when I was having lots of problem with my boiler. So I had called Mr. Naveed to give me a quote and he advised me to have a visit and quote for the flushing the heating system, he came and advised to have a filter fitted along side to flush the system.I agreed and he came to flush the system, how ever he flushed the system & fitted the filter. After all the radiators were balanced and try to get the system working but he was having problem with the boiler cutting out. So in the end he got the system working and left. Next morning the boiler was cutting out so I called him again & got the system working, he must have spent at least 3 hours.Next couple of days later the system had the same problem & he came next day to sort the system & he was not having any luck so he recommended to change the pump, 3 way port valve & automatic air vent valve which costed me a lots of money and told me he can not touch the boiler as I have insurance and had told me what the could be the problem. He again fired the system as he had spent almost whole day and left so again and no charge for all the time he had spent on the job & left.So after 2 days the boiler had cut out so I had no choice to call the insurance co and the came after 3 days. their engineer came and asked what the problems was and I told him what was happing and he had reset the gas flow to the boiler and he started which Mr. Naveed had informed me. so I would recommended him any time and I was very impressed with dedication , Thank you so much.
