Excellent service, products and delivery. I had been looking for ages for the perfect tiles for our shower room. Andrews tiles had exactly what we wanted at a great price. The service was excellent too as they really couldn't have done any more to help. I will definitely be back.

We’ve recently ordered a large amount of tiles from Andrews Tiles I can’t praise the company or their staff enough. Particularly Kelly Whitfield.Kelly was extremely helpful from our first visit. She is very knowledgeable about the products & is excellent at assisting with choice & offering advice.There is a huge amount to choose from& we were spoilt for choice. The quality, range, sizes etc are of high standard.Nothing has been too much trouble for Kelly.She’s an asset to the company & I would highly recommend Andrews Tiles & their products.

I have used Andrews for many years and have never been disappointed. The product quality, prices and the staff are excellent. Particular thanks to both Jenny and Barry for their recent support during my recent purchase of a sink unit. Their friendly approach and excellent knowledge of their products made them a pleasure to deal with!

Fantastic tile shop. First class friendly service who have looked after my family and I from start to finish. Very patient and have provided us with a range of free sample tiles to help us choose. They also managed to source a particular tile that we liked that we had seen in a very famous multi store national chain and beat their price by a country mile. Highly recommended. Cheers guys.

All the staff are great down at Andrews on Meanwood Road. Brads a top lad and very helpful. Never disappointed

Had to walk out after long waits all 3 times ive visited, never anyone at counter, last visit 4 people were waiting and nobody came until I went round the back and shouted after a 20min wait, met 2 other tradies doing same thing looking for staff. Will give it one more go on Monday as it would be a great shame only being 1mile from home, but customer service for my experiences were shocking so should you even give them custom, who knows.

Absolutely amazing company to deal with. Kelly Whitfield is as asset to her employer. We’d bought Villeroy & Boch tiles from a different supplier who then went out of business. Part way through bathroom fit we ran out of tiles. We were told by the V&B rep there were none of the particular tiles in the country and V&B were no longer producing them. I phoned many companies trying to find the tiles and began to believe the rep was right. Kelly’s communication and dedication to finding the tiles was outstanding and honestly a miracle when she said she’d found some. Although we aren’t local I would certainly deal with A Andrews every time from now on. Impressive showroom with lots of choice and in my opinion very impressive staff who go above and beyond. 5*

I have used Andrews over 15 years and find the staff there very good. Sometimes they can get busy so you have to pick your time. The prices are very fair and the manager Jordan knows what he is talking about with technical information and product choice he is a very professional guy and approachable. I will not shop anywhere else.
