Great service from all the team at BOLLOstore. My new tv was delivered and fully installed with wifi and apps all working. The guys took time to explain all the tv's features (my previous tv was pretty basic) and took away my old tv. All very professional.

As ever a 5 Star experience. The knowledge of the various products is unsurpassed. David and his staff make you most welcome and will demonstrate anything you want to see/hear.

As a Bang & Olufsen customer of nearly 30 years and self confessed brand advocate I have always believed the products represent the best in form and function. The recent purchase of a 77” Harmony TV is a good example of this. David and his team at Bollo always provide a personalised and bespoke service and are very knowledgeable about the product range. I would have given ‘5 stars’ for their service in isolation although following a recent big installation in our new home, including CCTV, there have been a number of ongoing teething issues with the set up which have been inconvenient. That said, the team is always on hand to resolve these glitches and I would certainly recommend Bollo as the place to go for a number of high-end audio/visual brands, including B&O.

Matthew installed our new Beosound Theatre, he was extremely helpful showing us the various features and functions, ensuring we knew exactly how to operate the new addition to our B&O collection. No question was too much to ask. As ever, the service was second to none.

David Ferguson was here today. He deals with the issues I was experiencing quickly effectively and efficiently.He was careful to ensure I understood what was causing the problem and how he was dealing with it.He wouldn’t leave until I was completely satisfied. He carried out the work effectively and efficiently he was patient and kind. He custom service was first class. I am extremely satisfied. I will be back to Bollo next year to upgrade my TV

Having purchased the Beosound Theatre to upgrade my home cinema system, I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The visual and sound experience is fabulous and every time we watch a movie, it's like visiting the cinema. Bollo were brilliant. The whole process from the demo to the installation was flawless and was in line with the excellent standards that I've previously experienced from Bollo. Overall, they provide great customer service and excellent professional expertise.

Great store! I was trying to pick between the RHA CL2 and T20 headphones, and the guys at Bollo were happy to let me spend a while playing with both before I made my final decision. Really good support after the purchase, too!

David is very knowledgeable and helpful. We have purchased various items from the BOLLO store, all were well priced, on time and in perfect condition. We also had in depth discussions about installing a smart home system which David was exceptionally helpful with. Highly recommend.
