Great place to shop for little food bargains

Good products at a reasonable price

This store is within walking distance. Pre covid I'd just get everything from the supermarket. Post covid I started using this store.There's some great offers to be had. Mostly on items where they're not regular stock, and near dated.I find the staff really friendly. I tend to go here once a week to see what's available.

Some staff were polite but others were rude. I understand it's the end of the day but it's the end of my day too. I haven't caused you any harm so I shouldn't be getting the brunt of whatever annoyance you have. This is not from one trip but several. The staff can be uninviting. However, it's not rude enough for me not to return, just enough for me to write it in my review

Yet again very poor customer service from this store. Having used this store regularly, you know to expect a certain level of poor customer service as staff are normally complaining about customers to each other through their head sets. However tonight we took our shopping to the till, while loading it up the young girl was talking away on her headset with no acknowledgement that we was even standing there. She began to scan items through while still having a chat about what she was doing later tonight. Never told my partner the amout it came to, just stepped back and carried on with her conversation. We even had to take our own receipt from the machine behind counter. Absolutely terrible service as always, this will be the last time we use this shop.

Staff are fine and you can get some good deals.

Too many things to tempt you. Good/ Bad thing??Aim to spend less than a tenna.....end up spending £30+Always pick up a bargain though...

Great shop. Great produce, nice friendly, helpful staff and can always grab a bargain from here whenever I visit. Gets a little busy though as it's a small shop with narrow aisles. Lots of free parking to the rear of the shop and road side

Heron foods itself is a great shop, so cheap and a good range of products. However, this particular shop, I think the staff are so ignorant and have no manners. Recently moved offices and our office is now a few minutes drive to this shop so it’s ideal - you just do not feel welcome when you visit This store. The staff need to try and maybe just smile!

Brilliantly variety of produce from fresh to frozen and non food items such as toiletries dog cat small animal feeds aswell as a wide range of various alcoholic beverages and plenty of various soft drinks for the little children's enjoyment. Over all a good little heron which does infact include a carpark situation right next door which is very convenient for those if us that do not drive the bus stop is a mere moment away turning left out of the stores main entrance at the front of the shop.
