Awful service. Came for our work meal and they didn't have a lot of our starters or desserts despite us booking a month in advance. They actually ran out of my dessert whilst I was there and there was no discount or apologies for this. There was only three servers working who didn't seem to have a clue what they doing, one of whom actually had to ask us what the desserts in her hands were. Had to wait an hour between each course so we were there for almost four hours and the staff were not apologetic.

Molly is not only a fantastic host and server but also ALWAYS makes myself and my partner feel extremely welcome at Zizzi’s in Solihull. She is truly a credit to your company. We have been regular customers for a significant amount of time, in which we’ve seen many staff and managers appear and in time move on to other positions, each time it leaves us in anticipation of the quality dropping however this is yet to happen and the new manager is also extremely attentive and welcoming.We always find the food is high quality and well prepared, and on the rare occasion that we’ve have an issue either Molly or the manager have quickly rectified the issue and improved the mood surrounding it.Both myself and my partner would highly recommend this branch of Zizzi’s

Absolutely disgusting service. Arrived around 5pm, drinks ordered sharply, 10 minutes later ordered food, starters Arrived in a reasonable time, however still sitting waiting for the main meals at 6.30pm. Food eventually arrived after questioning the delay with the absence of one side. When asked about the missing side, we were told they had ran out. Received a complementary bottle of wine and discount., however not the point - it totally spoiled the evening - would rather pay for the wine and pay a tip rather than be disappointed to this extent. Restaurant probably at 20% capacity so NO EXCUSES. My advice is to go elsewhere.

visited on wednesday night, there seemed to be only two members of staff on but they were both lovely and very attentive! food was amazing and substitutes were offered for missing items which was great, fab friendly service and lovely food :)

Experienced staff that took everything in their stride while dealing with our large work party. Staff were calm, patient & friendly with many different orders to serve. Amazing food & wide selection of drinks. Especially enjoyed the passion fruit sparkler!

We visited on the 21/10/23 and had our anniversary meal here. All of the staff were fabulous, seated quickly, orders taken swiftly and very very nice food. Really great service from the staff who went above n beyond to ensure we had a nice evening. Even with a large group of 25 the food was out quickly n piping hot.

We went as a large group for our Christmas dinner. We all had high hopes due to what we had heard about Zizzi. Unfortunately, on the afternoon we went a lot of food which we had pre chosen\ordered was not available and we had to choose an alternative. Besides our table, there were only two other tables being used - you would expect the service to have been quick due to the establishment not being busy but this was not the case and some of the party ended up with not receiving there main course. The food that was brought out was good, but the overall atmosphere was a letdown because of the service issues
