I have never been so dissatisfied with a service until I step foot in this place. My nails are rushed and badly done. Take your money elsewhere.

Treated my granddaughter with dismissive disdain after telling her the price was 50% higher than her last visit and she did not have enough money with her. Maybe they are good with nails but certainly need to upgrade their social skills and professionalism.

Quick service, the man who did my nails was rude. He didn’t file or shape, gel is thick and uneven! Cuticles still visible. Gel chipped after one day!

I went to Simply Nails to do my new set of acrylic nails, 2 weeks ago. I was disappointed with the service, because lady misunderstood me and done something totally different. I've paid £35. The owner was aware that I'm not happy with the service...Any way- please have a look on my nails after 2 weeks of wearing them. Shocking!Waste of money!

Rude male nail technician and the smell of chemicals is overpowering!My daughter (as a treat for prom) wanted her nails done, I gave her enough cash for this but after a half hour wait she was told she didn't have enough money and was simply dismissed by shouting next by the male nail technician!Good customer service would have at least offered alternatives for what she could afford rather than be overlooked and dismissed so rudely. Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere.

Walked in with no appointment and was attended to within half an hour. Everyone is so friendly and couldn't do enough. I had a full set of extension from scratch, cost £25. Worth every penny!!

been many times best place in redditch no need for an appointment can get busy but never waited longer than 25 minutes. Good quality nails always done very well and very quickly last up to 4 weeks love the whole team so nice such a nice place. Variety of services done.

Have taken my partner's twelve year old daughter here three times and she had three great experiences with the two female nail technicians, on her fourth visit she went in on her own while her mum waited at the Costa a few doors down...She went in with 20% more money than it cost on the three previous occasions but when she approached the 'adult' male on the desk she was told that the price had risen by almost 50%, when she asked what she could get for the money she had on her he just shouted 'NEXT'!!!(Just as well I wasn't there)Needless to say; she won't be revisiting, neither will her mother, four sisters, aunts cousins, or any of her friends. I hope he is proud of how he treated such a young girl.
