Shirley Dental Practice

I was warmly welcomed as a new patient to this practice. The dentist with whom I had booked an appointment with saw me enter the surgery and despite not seeing me for many years, at t a different practice, he welcomed me by name; he remembered who I was and much about my teeth. The receptionist was also very welcoming. Everyone I saw within the surgery acknowledged me and made me feel relaxed. My dentist took time to tell me exactly what he was doing at each point. I strongly recommend this practice.

Fell for the glowing reviews and decided to book an appointment. Following two appointments, the doctor rather assertively recommended an extreme and life-changing treatment, which was out of the question and kindly declined by me. I asked them to consider alternative treatment options, and oh well, the practice went radio silent for months, until out of the blue they contacted me to book a hygiene appointment, without addressing the initial issue or my request.Although I made it clear to the practice that I wanted my data, including dental records, to be removed from their system, they keep sending me reminders to book a dental check-up.It makes you question the authenticity of the sugar-coated reviews, the practice didn’t look busy at all.

I’ve been a customer of the practice for almost a year now and have always received excellent treatments from Minal and the team. There is a good atmosphere, procedures are explained in detail and the results have been of great quality. Thanks and keep up the great work!

I had my first dental appointment at this practice on Tuesday 1st. August although I have been visiting the hygienist here for three years. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough, everyone is friendly and caring. My dentist Payal and her assistant Rose were very pleasant and informative. I was fortunate that I did not have any problems but they made the whole experience as stress free as possible. If you are looking for a good dentist give Shirley Dental Practice a try.

I have recently been under the care of Dr Ronnie Patel for dental treatment. Let’s face it who enjoys going to the dentist but his professional advice and care was wonderful putting my mind at rest for the whole journey. I would also like to say a huge thank you to senior dental nurse Erica who works in brilliant partnership with Dr Ronnie Patel.

Shirley Dental Practice restored my confidence in going to the dentist. Dr Minal Patel, is absolutely fantastic, she put me at ease. Using numbing gel prior to injecting the local anaesthetic; I have never had this process in my previous dental practice.The Reception team are quite professional, helpful and friendly.I actually left with the best dental outcome, ever!
