I have recommended this shop and its owner Amol to everyone who has come up to ask me about my power-chair (it happens a couple of times a week). I bought my previous mobility aid from CareCo and the experience at Sheen couldn't have been more different - everything is dealt with personally and expediently in house, usually by Amol himself. It was a painless - even pleasant experience. He is kind and he doesn't put any pressure on you. He is not a 'salesman', he has a background in healthcare and it shows.The fact is, power-chairs etc go wrong, they have hiccups, problems etc because we use them hard every day - the true test is how these problems are dealt with. I feel so much safer now than I did when I was dealing with CareCo - which was a series of frustrating phone calls to Essex, always with different people, always with different information, always with several hoops to jump through. It made the warranty frankly pointless.I have send several elderly and vulnerable people to Amol since, because I trust him to look after them in a way I do not trust large companies with a focus on 'selling'.I love my power-chair, but I love the fact that I don't need to panic or be anxious if something goes wrong even more. I love that I didn't feel pressured, and that I was properly listened to and given plenty of time. Thank you Sheen Mobility and thank you Amol!

Kindly let us rent a wheelchair for a very reasonable price. Also, when we had to stay in hospital they were very understanding and let us keep it overnight with no fuss. 5 star!

We found ourselves in a bit of a predicament with our friend who is a full time wheelchair user. Having tried other mobility companies we were lucky enough to find Amol at Sheen Mobility. He was efficient, helpful and went out of his way to help us and fix the wheelchair. He even waited for us to return back to our hotel later than expected because our transport had let us down.We cannot thank him enough for all his help to ensure we were able to get home back to Somerset the following day. Wanted something for my grandfather, I called and the gentleman said he would drop it to my house the same evening at no extra cost, amazing!

We needed to find a comfortable and reliable recliner for my mum and after some google searching, friends who had also bought a recliner for their mum recommended I try Sheen Mobility. I spoke to the owner Amol who was just brilliant from start to finish. He responded really quickly to all our enquiries, took great care with Covid safety measures when doing a house visit to check which chair would be right for my mum and then delivered the chair himself and took the time to make sure she was happy with it. Exceptional service and my mum is delighted with her new chair, it is super comfortable for her, plus Amol supplied her with an orthopedic memory foam neck cushion at a reasonable price which made the chair even more comfortable. Highly recommend!
