Lost my rag and took it out on the staff. Nothing to do with the service or staff, but they didn't need to hear it. Wendy the manager was very professional, and took my BS like a champ. Still helped me with my issue. Class

I had an issue with an item during lockdown, and had to return it. Upon arriving there wasn't a replacement in stock so staff phoned through to another store to put stock aside for me to collect. The staff in store made the returns process extremely easy for me, and would definitely shop here again

Fantastic customer service received from Trev this afternoon. He had good knowledge of what he was selling and nothing was too much trouble in helping me find the correct items to fix our toilet. I hope you appreciate what a great member of staff you have with Trev.

Bit of an odd set-up and click n collects are served first but the lady who served me explained its to reduce the amount of people waitin (since they are just picking stuff up) so fair enough.They were polite and helped me when I had the wrong code. Item I needed was out of stock but they called stourbridge and reserved it for me so I could definitely get it there.Much appreciated, really helped me out!
