Great Service and fast turnaround. Will recommend.I was somewhat surprised to see the negative review above. That certainly wasn't my experience. Looking at the user's negative comments on various other services, their path through life isn't a happy one. Suffice to say that Atlantic have been good and fast. I will be using them again.

Superb service. Faulty PC picked up within 90 minutes of call, and diagnosis of fault within 90 minutes of pickup. New parts ordered, installed and PC returned within 48hrs. Also good contact with the engineer. Highly recommended.

Brilliant , a fair price for the work required , I dropped off my laptop and was called to collect it a few hours later . Very knowledgable and friendly . Excellent service .

Replaced broken laptop screen. I bought a replacement screen on eBay and then Atlantic Computers did the installation. Geoff came to our house late in the afternoon to collect the laptop and then delivered it back to us the next morning. Very very happy with the service!

I was in need of a diagnosis of an issue with my gaming pc. As included in the diagnosis cost Geoff collected my pc, and within a week had diagnosed the issue. The issue was a faulty motherboard. Geoff was able to source an identical motherboard and install it quickly once it arrived. As someone that has a decent level of expertise in the area of computing I highly recommend Atlantic Computer Repairs service. Geoff is a highly experienced and adept technician that offers a fair rate for his services.

Dishonest, unhelpful and incompetent. I would not recommend Atlantic (one man operating out of his living room). Tried to charge me £625 to repair an old laptop worth £250 and became rude and difficult when I questioned his pricing. He claimed to offer a 'fast laptop service' but took 3 weeks to repair my motherboard after initially diagnosing and charging me for hard drive repair. In the end he sent my laptop back to the manufacturer for repair and added a nice middleman fee. Save yourself money and hassle - go elsewhere.

Earlier this year, my elderly PC - which I'd been meaning to replace for ages - finally crashed. I couldn't even start it up, let alone work on it. To make matters worse, I hadn't backed-up in ages and my software (MS XP-Pro) was obsolete and no longer supported. So not only did I need a new PC - fast - but I was worried that I'd lost several years-worth of records & correspondence, along with precious personal stuff. A mate recommended Atlantic so I rang them. They called around the same day, explained what they could do (and what it would cost), then took my PC away. Within a day they rang to say that they had retrieved almost all my files and data (some very old Outlook files took a little longer - something to do with needing a different motherboard). Within a week, they had built me a new PC which they delivered, installed and tested - even staying with me for half an hour while I 'road tested' it - to make sure I could manage the upgraded software. So; I got instant 'peace of mind', all my data recovered and a new PC, properly installed - all for a lot less than the cost a new laptop from somewhere like PC World. Three months on, the performance of the new PC is still a revelation. (I'm backing-up now, though.) All in all, can't speak too highly of Atlantic. Highly recommended.

Best computer repair service in the area. My broken laptop screen was replaced the next day, also my laptop was running slow so I had a solid state drive installed, now my laptop is much faster, no more waiting for start up or pages to load. I Highly recommend Atlantic, very helpful, polite and good communication.

Bit of a mixed review, as the technician provided a great service, collecting the laptop from me directly and mostly reinstating crucial software, though not managing to return my machine to 100% functionality. The laptop ran slowly and the screen sometimes wouldn't wake up from sleep mode; the result of a driver the technician couldn't find and install. This eventually necessitated another service elsewhere a few months later. The other supplier returned the machine to full functionality within a few hours, meaning that I paid twice for the work Atlantic should have done. Nice people, great price for what they did do, but maybe not the most capable.
